Flexible Shafts with Stainless Steel Inner Core
Since the inner core of the shafts are the heart of the system and take most of the strain, we use the highest quality material in our shafts available which ensuring the longest life. When ordering specify tube ID and length required. Tube ID’s ¼&" & 3/8&" have 8-32 thread female tooling connectors. Tube sizes 7/16&" thru 1&" have ¼&"-28 thread female tooling connectors Tube Sizes 1&" & larger have ½&"-12 thread male connectors

BRUSHES

Used with either the Flex-Shaft cleaners or the CG 625/1250
Nylon Brushes Used for removing soft scales in any tube material, especially usefull for final 'finishing' of tubes.
Stainless Steel Brushes Used for removing soft and light scale deposits in carbon steel, stainless steel, monel, titanium, etc.
Brass Brushes Used for removing soft and light scale deposits in copper, brass, and their alloyed tubes.
Flue - Carbon Steel Brushes Recommended for removing soft and light scale deposits in ferrous tubes.
Flue - Nylon Brushes Recommended for removing soft deposits in ferrous and non-ferrous tubes and for final polishing.
All brushes are stocked & supplied from ¼&" thru 1&" in 1/16&" increments. For Brushes larger than 1&" are provided in ¼&" increments. ¼&" & 5/16&" brushes provided with 8-32 thread male connection. 3/8&" brushes provided with 12-24 thread male connection. 7/16&" thru 1&" brushes provided with 1/4"-28 thread male connection. 1&" & larger brushes provided with ½&"-12 thread male connection. BUFFING TOOLS

Used with either the Flex-Shaft cleaner or the CG 625/1250

Buffing Tools are used for final polishing or removal of light and soft deposits from ferrous and non-ferrous tubes that have been previously cleaned. Used in straight or very large radius tubes in a clockwise direction only.

TRIANGULAR WIRE SCRAPPERS

Used with either the Flex

Adjustable scrappers for 5/8&" thru 3&" ID tubes. Used to remove tough and hard scale deposits.

ACCESSORIES FOR CG 625/1250
Hollow Drive Shaft	Available in 2’, 4’, 6’, or 8’ lengths. The OD is sized based on tube ID
Drive Coupling	Connects the Shaft to the Cleaning Gun
Shaft Coupling	Couples the hollow shafts together.

Shoot Thru Brushes ⁵/₈" - 1" I.D.

In most cases hard Tube Scrubbers are recommended for removing light to medium deposits in condensers. They work by being 'Shot Thru' the tubes with a high pressure air gun.
