ELECTRIC ROLL MOTORS & CONTROLS

All of our Electric Drive controllers are "Wattage" based to provide "Consistently Repeatable Expansions". Wattage based controllers monitor the total effective power of your source (Voltage & Current) eliminating the inconsistencies of the "Current" based controllers of the past.

PR2000 DIGITAL TORQUE CONTROLLER WITH INTEGRAL PRINTER AND REMOTE CONTROL
Features
  • Automated Expansion Cycles:
    • Start Expansion Cycle.
    • Expansion setpoint reached, 1 second or less pause
    • Motor reverses to backout expander for user defined time.
    • User defined pause to allow Expander to be placed into next tube.
    • The cycle Automatically starts over.
    • Manual Overrides allow for Operator control of each cycle.
  • Record & Printout capabilities are available for up to 2,000 expansions, providing total documentation of each one.
