Quick, Reliable, Durable & Proven Design. When trying to locate leaking tubes the Vacuum Leak Detector VLD-2500 is the Industry standard. Manufactured with the end user in mind it is virtually foolproof and indestructible. Seal off one end of the suspect tube(‘s) with either a rubber tube plug or the T-Handle, then insert the Vacuum Leak Detector nozzle into tube to be tested and depress the trigger.

- Identifies leaks in 1/4 to 3 inch OD tubes in seconds
- With optional pads can test tubes up to 6” OD
- Kit includes VLD-2500 detector gun, 3 nozzles, T-handle, rubber plugs, and carrying case
- Uses standard plant air supplies from 70 psi to 100 psi.
TUBE LEAK DETECTOR - PRESSURE GUNS

| Features Finds leaks by pressurizing the tube with air while plugging the other end. Insert guns into the tube to be tested. Actuate pressurizing gun by depressing the trigger, the plugging gun seals automatically when pressurizing. After supply pressure is reached, or 100 PSIG (whichever is less), release trigger. If the pressure holds…the tube is OK, if it drops…the tube is leaking - Simple. |

VACUUM JOINT TESTING GUN

| Features Tests rolled or welded tubesheet joints by vacuum pressure. Insert nozzle into the tube and press face of the gun into the clean tubesheet joint being tested. Actuate gun to generate the vacuum, if pressure fails to hold . . . there is a leak. |
