Tube Guides are designed to protect the tube ends from damage while guiding them thru the tube sheet and baffles. They are light-weight and fit easily into the tube end with

A replaceable nylon brush which also cleans the inside of the tube prior to expanding.

• Available for ½” thru 4” OD tubes and all Gauges.

Made from high speed tool steel and Titanium Nitride coated they are ideal for smooth and accurate reaming of tube sheet holes . Available in flute lengths of 2.6” up to 10” and tube OD’s of 3/8” thru 1 ¼”.

• Used to clean tube sheet holes to provide a clean surface prior to expanding.
• Available in Carbon or Stainless Steel for ¼” thru 2” tubes

• Flaring tool - Used to flare tube ends after expanding and available for tube sizes from ¼” thru 5” OD
• Belling Tool - Used to Seat the tube into the tubesheet after expanding
