Tube Plugs:  TWO-PIECE PLUGS

Designed to minimize damage to the tube sheet while sealing off leaky Condenser and Exchanger tubes - Installation is Simple!

Insert ring into the tube, insert pin into the ring, hammer until properly sealed.  Like the Metal Tapered plugs, these are easily removed with a pipe wrench.

Available in Sizes from 3/8" to 4" tubes

Tube Plugs:  Non-Metal Tapered Plugs

Available in Fiber (Phenolic or Micarta) or Wood. These plugs are safe, easy to use, corrosion resistant, and easily removed. Slightly hammer the plug into the tube, it will expand by hydroscopic action to make an excellent seal and will not damage the tube sheet.

Tube Plugs:  RUBBER TAPERED TUBE PLUGS

Used for Low Pressure Isolation or Vacuum Testing applications (Especially with our Vacuum Leak Detector VLD-2500) - HOT LINK TO VLD. Stocked sizes range from 5/16" tube ID through 4 ¾" tube ID. The plugs are made of Neoprene and are reusable. Temperature range: -45°F to +300°F (-43°C to 149°C).

Tube Plugs:  LOW PRESSURE - 50 PSI RATING
EXPANDABLE RUBBER PLUGS

Slip inside the Tube or Pipe and tighten the nut to expand the plug. Installed properly the plug will withhold 50 psig of back pressure.
