Industrial Blind Flanges

Also called Steel Pipe End Caps, Steel Pipe Caps, Steel Pipe Pressure Flanges. We can Customize any Blind Flange to Meet Your Needs - Available for Sale or to Rent

We stock a large inventory of carbon steel blind flanges and stainless steel blind flanges in sizes that range from 1/2" to 96." Additionally, we will manufacture in special stainless steel grades, hastelloy, nickel alloy and alloy steel upon request. To combat corrosion, in addition to our standard flat black painted coating, our carbon steel products can be optionally galvanized, zinc plated, or yellow zinc chromate plated upon request.

Blind flanges are used to seal the end of piping systems or pressure vessel openings. They are commonly used for testing the flow of gas or liquid through a pipe or vessel, in addition to allowing for easy access to the pipe in case work must be done inside the line. Often times they are used in high pressure applications.

Our flanges can be provided in all material grades, specifications, and ASME ratings from 150# to 2500#. They are typically provided with raised face or Ring Type Joint (RTJ) facing. When a raised face is necessary for your, our standard height is 1/16" for blind flanges under 400#. For flanges of 400# and up, the standard raised face height is 1/4". Vents are available in the middle, top, or bottom of your flange and with socket weld or NPT vent connections.

USA Industries also manufactures and stocks industrial paddle blinds and will ship 24/7, 365 days of the year. Blinds are provided for either Series A (MSS SP44) or Series B (API 605), meeting ASME B16.47 & B16.48/ANSI B16.5 and B16.2 specifications. All other blind specifications A182, A350, B160, etc. will be provided upon request for purchase.
