If you need to minimize damage to the tube sheet while sealing off a leaking heat exchanger, boiler or condenser, our two-piece plugs are what you need!
Using a cost-effective inner ring and pin, simply insert the pin (sized to the boiler tube) and hammer the pin until it's properly sealed.
Given their high pliability, rubber plugs are ideal for low-pressure isolation or vacuum-testing applications. Stocked sizes range from 5/16" tube ID through 4 3/4" tube ID.
The plugs are made of neoprene and are reusable. Temperature range: -45°F to +300°F (-43°C to 149°C).
Expandable plugs give you performance for both low- and high-pressure applications up to 150 psi.
Insert expanding plugs into heat exchanger, boiler or condenser tubes, finger-tighten, and then secure with a socket wrench until the proper seal is made.
Cork plugs are an inexpensive way to seal off your heat exchanger tubes during shipment or cleaning. Due to their low cost, industry experts also utilize cork plugs to identify tubes during rework.
Tapered corks are available in different grades for use in your condenser or boiler tubes.
A fast and simple way to stop leaks in tanks, pipes, and more. Threaded plugs seal with greater grip because of their threads, and not just by relying on friction.
Threaded plugs are manufactured with heat-treated alloy steel or stainless steel, and installed with a standard hex wrench or socket.
When you need to protect your boilers, pumps, tanks, pipelines and other pieces of equipment from corrosion, an anode plug with a zinc rod is the ideal solution.
Anode tube plugs absorb electrolytic action that would otherwise corrode your equipment, preventing costly repairs before they surface.
